Making a complaint

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment as a patient, whanau/family or caregiver, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the service provided to you, including:

1)    Treatment by any team member.

2)    The provision of any service in any centre/clinic

3)    The provision of orthoses

4)    Issue to relating to how their personal or health information has been collected
